Mom's Meatloaf

• 1 lb. ground chuck or ground round
• Salted crackers
• Salt
• Seasoned salt
• 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
• Ketchup

In a ziplock bag, crush a handful of salted crackers. In a bowl, season the meat with some salt and seasoned salt, then pour crackers crumbs on top. Use your hands to combine the meat and cracker crumbs, then add about half of the tomato sauce, again using your hands to combine the ingredients. Place the meat in a pan and flatten slightly, then pour the rest of the tomato sauce on top, making sure the sauce covers the entire top of the meat. Top with a couple of squirts of ketchup, again covering the entire top of the meat, then cook at 350° for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
